Area of ​​responsibility of the position: planning activities for the deployment of the access network, calculation of network capacity, creation of purchase orders. Preparation of RFP and technical parts of contracts. Budget planning, periodic review and reporting. Planning a long-term network deployment strategy, communication with equipment manufacturers, the procurement department and internal customers. Functional responsibilities High-level radio network planning: planning the number of sites, the number and types of transmitters/carriers, site infrastructure Planning the transport network - planning the number of TCP sites, the number of RRL spans, planning the needs of the backbone networks. Annual preparation of AOP data based on company goals. Monthly training and accompanying BE. Monitoring of financial obligations and AWP, implementation of the access network budget, control and reporting. Communication with equipment manufacturers, procurement department and internal customers. Preparation of BoQ, creation of purchase requests, preparation of RFP for tenders with key equipment manufacturers, evaluation of proposals from manufacturers and supplier selection. 1.
