Investment manager in BGV Group Management

BGV Group Management is looking for an Investment Manager to support the implementation of key investment and M&A projects of BGV.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating investment and M&A transactions from the NBO/LOI stage to closing;
• Preparation and review of financial models, investment memoranda and valuations business;
• Coordination of due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal) with the involvement of international consultants and auditors;
• Support of project financing processes and interaction with international financial institutions (IFIs);
• Preparation of presentations and decision-making materials for the Supervisory Board and external investors;
• Plan/fact monitoring, KPI tracking and investment performance analysis programs;
• Development of proposals on capital structure, dividend policy and strategies for attracting funding.

 Basic requirements:

• Full higher education (economics, finance, investments, business administration or related directions);  
• 3-5 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, M&A or strategy (consulting / Big4 / investment companies / large corporations);
• English - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
• Professional certifications (CFA / ACCA / CIMA) will be advantage.
