We have ambitious growth plans and we are looking for a person who will help scale the company through competent investment attraction and management. If you know how to "speak the language of numbers" and at the same time easily find a common language with people - we are on the way.

What you will do:

• find and attract investments for new ideas and projects;
• build trusting relationships with investors and partners;
• evaluate projects, analyze markets and create financial models;
• prepare presentations and investment proposals that inspire;
• participate in negotiations and represent the company at the first person level;
• monitor the implementation of investment agreements and report on the results.

We expect from you:

• 2-3 years of investment / finance / M&A experience;
• ability to work with numbers and create financial models;
• strategic thinking and the ability to see opportunities where others see risks;
• confident command of English (for communication with international partners);
• communication and persuasiveness - you will be able to "sell" an idea even in serious negotiations.
