Investment Attraction Manager in Venture PRO

Venture Pro is a corporate accelerator specializing in asset management and investment attraction for startups. Our mission is to ensure stable capital growth for our clients and create new opportunities for development. Due to the expansion of our activities, we are seeking an experienced Investment Attraction Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract investments (venture funds/investors) for startups.
• Search for and establish contacts with potential investors, venture funds, and business angels.
• Monitor the investment market and analyze the competitive environment.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with venture funds/investors.
• Prepare and conduct presentations, pitches, and negotiations with venture funds/investors to attract investments for startups.
• Participate in the development and preparation of marketing materials, investment proposals, and business plans for venture funds/investors.
• Prepare and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Attend startup conferences, exhibitions, and other networking events.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, business, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment attraction, startups, or venture capital.
• Proven successful experience in attracting investors and working with venture funds/within venture funds.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships with investors.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work under uncertainty and quickly adapt to changes.
• High level of proactivity, independence, and responsibility.
• Proficiency in English at least at an Upper-Intermediate level.
