Weofferanopportunity to enterthe Private equityindustry by joining one of themostprestigiousinvestmentcompaniesin the region.Responsibilities(are not limited to the following):Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, with a focus on deal origination; Performance of in-depth analysis and market research of potential investment targets;Providing transactional support in completing transactions, i.e. financial modeling, valuation reports, memorandum term sheets, etc.Assistance in company portfolio preparation for fundraising incl. creating pitch decks and other materials for potential investors;Monitoring companies' portfolio performance, gathering and analyzing company-specific operational and financial information.Requirements:To be advanced in Excel and PowerPoint;Ability to communicate effectivelyin English, both verbally and in writing;Analytical and business modeling skills, understanding statistical and valuation concepts;Skills in research; demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ability to deep dive into complex topics and generate actionable insight;Ability to present complex ideas persuasively, both verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels in the company;Profound interest in digital business and problem-solving in various topics; good general business acumen.We offer a market compensation package along with the opportunity to gain unique and rewarding experience in the Private equity field.
