Work experience: 1-2 years in an investment or construction company Requirements: Higher education in the field of finance, economics or a similar specialization. Experience as an investment analyst, preferably with a focus on real estate, venture projects or startups. Knowledge of financial modeling and asset valuation, especially in the context of real estate. Experience in the analysis of venture projects and startups, including participation in the due-diligence process for a full evaluation analysis of investment opportunities. Knowledge of the main indicators and factors affecting the real estate market and startups. Participation in the due-diligence process to ensure accurate and comprehensive information before making investment decisions. Analytical support of subsidiary companies, including financial analysis and identification of key performance metrics. Ability to conduct comprehensive research, assess risks and provide recommendations based on the specifics of real estate sectors and innovative projects. Analytical thinking and willingness to accept sound decisions in a dynamic investment environment. Knowledge of current trends in the field of venture capital investments and startups. Understanding of innovative technologies and trends related to real estate and startups.
