Investment Analyst in Dragon Capital

Currently, Dragon Capital Investment Team is looking for an Investment Analyst who will join the team to provide support in all stages of the private equity cycle, including establishing new partner relationships, value-added work at portfolio companies, and contributing to exits. We offer an opportunity to enter the Private equity industry by joining one of the most prestigious investment companies in the region.Responsibilities (are not limited to the following):Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, with a focus on deal originationPerformance of in-depth analysis and market research of potential investment targetsProviding transactional support in completing transactions, i.e. financial modeling, valuation reports, memorandum term sheets, etc.Assistance in company portfolio preparation for fundraising incl. creating pitch decks and other materials for potential investorsMonitoring companies' portfolio performance, gathering and analyzing company-specific operational and financial information.Requirements:To be advanced in Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writingAnalytical and business modeling skills, understanding statistical and valuation conceptsSkills in research; demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ability to deep dive into complex topics and generate actionable insightAbility to present complex ideas persuasively, both verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels in the companyProfound interest in digital business and problem-solving in various topics; good general business acumen.Would be an advantage:Professional experience in IB/Big4CFA started would be highly appreciatedUnderstanding of M&A and PE investment circle.We offer a market compensation package along with the opportunity to gain unique and rewarding experience in the Private equity field.
