Investment analyst in umgi

umgi is looking for an Investment analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis
• NPV model compilation (based on DCF method)
• Calculating financial and non-financial projects KPI's (DPP, IRR, EBITDA, ROIC and etc.) and their sensitivity analyses
• Participation in due diligence and M&A process
• Financial modeling and valuation of potential Targets
• Preparation of investment memorandums
• Participation in developing business strategies
• Various analytical support

Requirements / experience:

• Higher financial / economic education
• 2-3 years of experience is required (Big 4/ Consulting/ Investment bank background)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic familiarity and ability to discuss general economic and business concepts, current news, trends etc.
• Practical knowledge of industry research, corporate finance, valuation techniques is a plus
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English
• Financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills
