As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of markets, companies and financial instruments in order to make sound investment decisions. Requirements:• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or similar specialization• 1−2 years in an investment or construction company. Experience in financial companies.• Experience as an investment analyst, mainly with a focus on real estate, venture projects or startups• Experience in real estate development.• Experience in financial companies, in studying and compiling their models, experience in development is preferred. The main responsibilities include: • Compilation of financial models of financial companies (various directions).• Compilation and consolidation of business plans in the indicated directions.• Compilation of financial models for the development of the direction.
