We need: Higher economic/financial education; Upper Intermediate level of English; Experience working with international and Ukrainian banks, investment funds, financial institutions; Experience in attracting investment lending; Experience in negotiations, conclusion of contracts and their further support; Advanced Power user point, Excel. Your responsibilities will be: Business planning of investment projects in the field of alternative energy, residential and commercial construction; Marketing and analytical research of the energy and construction market; Analysis of trends in the development and operation of these industries in the market of Ukraine and beyond; Monitoring of legislation energy; Work on finding and attracting investments, cooperation with Ukrainian and international banks, investment funds, financial institutions; Work on project presentations, business plans in accordance with Western standards. Preparation and submission of all necessary documents for the consideration of the investment committee; Study of financing conditions, complex schemes for building agreements, deep insight into the legal aspect, financial analysis of risks, etc.; Organization of the conclusion of agreements, their further support.
