We are looking for an analyst who will help the team make accurate financial decisions, build transparent models and evaluate investment projects without chaos and delays.

Key tasks:

• Collection and in-depth financial and economic analysis of investment projects in the field of real estate and energy.
• Conducting market, industry and regulatory research (energy, development, infrastructure).
• Building financial models from scratch for capital-intensive projects (DCF, Project Finance, Cash Flow waterfall) and assumptions.
• Preparation of investment presentations (pitch decks) and analytical materials for the investment committee.
• Monitoring of portfolio projects: analysis of financial and operational reporting, control of the execution of financial models.

What we expect from you:

• 3-5 years of experience in the role of an investment / financial analyst, corporate finance or investment consulting.
• Practical experience working with projects in the field of real estate and/or energy.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of the logic of financial reporting.
• Ability to work with large data sets, make sound financial assumptions.
• Advanced level of Excel, confident work with PowerPoint.
• Higher specialized education (finance, economics, engineering and economic specialties).
• Certificate - CFA

Will an advantage:

• Experience of working in Big Four, investment funds, development or energy companies.
• Experience of supporting M&A or greenfield / brownfield projects.
