Investment analyst in BGV Group Management

We are currently looking for an Investment Analyst to support the implementation of key investment and M&A projects of BGV — particularly in the fields of renewable energy.

Main responsibilities

• Preparation of financial models for energy projects, including sensitivity and scenarios (IRR/NPV, payback, etc.).
• Preparation of investment memorandums and materials.
• Support and coordination of comprehensive due diligence (technical, financial, legal, ESG) with external consultants.
• Supporting the process of attracting financing for projects and cooperation with international financial institutions by preparing models, presentations, etc.
• Monitoring the comparison of planned and actual performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPI) and providing analytical updates.

What is important to us:

• from 2 years of relevant work experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, M&A, Big4, consulting or similar industries.
• Strong skills in financial modeling (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint).
• English language - Upper Intermediate / Advanced.
• Experience work in the energy sector (solar energy, wind energy, BESS) is an advantage.
• Professional certificates (CFA / ACCA / CIMA) are an advantage.
