Investment analyst in Bankivska bezpeka - autsorsing, TOV

 Key requirements:

• University degree (economics, math, finance)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient MS Excel (Power BI, SQL, Access will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of basic international reporting forms Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Understanding of analysis and forecasting methods
• English spoken, Intermediate and above
• Analytical type of thinking
• Good communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the process of buying new resorts or companies
• Supporting acquired projects with managing investment analysis on selected resorts in company portfolio (from the point of acquisition to the sale of the property)
• Communicating with other departments and figuring out financial aspects of investment projects to ensure the investment plan is correct and communicated properly with different project stake holders. This involves:

1. Analysis of the main forms of reporting and dynamics of the respective companies
2. Creation of a financial model of the project, consideration of various options for the development of actions and the formation of several probable scenarios
3. Preparation of an investment memorandum 
4. Participation in the defense of the investment project at the company's investment committee
5. Financial and economic analysis of the implementation of the company's current projects
6. Detailed calculations on the distribution of funds
7. Various financial and analytical tasks including data analysis, research, digging into contracts - everything needed to understand the investment project and produce investment analysis
