Recruiting team Wanted now looking for  Researcher, which will help to close various vacancies both internal to Business Constructor and external for our clients. 

         What tasks will face you:

• find the maximum possible number of resumes in accordance with the requirements of the application;

• use alternative search sources;

• conduct an initial telephone interview;

• communicate with recruiters about vacancies;

• using networking to get contacts of targeted job candidates.
  
  What skills are needed to join the team:
  
  

• experience of working as a Researcher from the 1st year with various types of vacancies will be an advantage

• experience working with various search channels: boolean search, x-ray, linkedin, facebook, headhunting

• variability of thinking

• proactivity, focus on results

• ability to work with a large amount of information

• teamwork and empathy

• not to lose enthusiasm when it is difficult
