Interregional manager of mobile medical teams in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSHU) announces a competition for the position of Interregional Manager of Mobile Medical Brigades. The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most. Mobile medical teams brigades of the Ukrainian Red Cross go to remote settlements of the region to provide primary medical care to those who need it most. Basic services include: health check-up; measurement of blood pressure, sugar level and blood oxygenation; appointment of treatment schemes to alleviate the human condition and free dispensing of medicines of general therapeutic effect; if necessary, issuing a referral to specialized medical specialists. Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and implementation of MMB projects/project modules in the regions. 2. Establishment of necessary working communications, agreements with all participants/partners involved in MMB3 projects. Implementation of the document flow provided by the MMB strategy at the stages of preparation and implementation of project activities4. Ensuring the interaction of all structures of the NC and Regional Organizations of the CH in accordance with the work plan and project estimate, preparation and coordination of budget issues5. Working meetings with representatives of health care institutions under central and regional control6. Monitoring trips to the region and districts in order to determine priorities and control project activities. 7. Control of reports, analysis of results, adjustment of work plansRequirements: Higher educationExperience of working in international NGOsExperience of working in project activitiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to effectively plan the time for completing tasksExcellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail)Experience in communicating with different categories of people , tact and diplomacy Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure Proficiency in English at the B1-B2 level.
