We are looking for a recruiter who is ready to learn, for the first time, to join our team. you will work with a mentor. You will work in a team of experienced specialists and will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• desire study;
• higher education;
• self-organization, sociability, purposefulness;
• experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel);
• skills work for results;
• ability to make decisions independently.

DUTIES:

• take a full internal training course on recruiting;
• recruitment (together with a mentor): formation of vacancy texts, search and selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, conducting interviews in the office or in video call format;
• keeping a database of candidates.
