We are looking for a Sales Manager through an online store to join the team of the Kyiv sales department. Our candidate and future employee: Has experience working in the Internet - sales, on the B2B market. Knows consultative sales techniques and is familiar with customer service standards. Quickly learns and acquires new information, programs. Likes to learn. Experienced PC user, preferably with experience in 1C, CRM. You can realize your abilities and talents by solving the following tasks: Customer consultation by phone and in chat regarding the range, technical qualities, prices and availability of products. Processing of customer requests in CRM and 1C, coordination of delivery and payment control, timeliness. Work with primary documentation: control of the client's signing of documents, transfer of originals to the accounting department. Management and support of the client base, implementation of a personal sales plan. Interaction with the warehouse, production, transport department, product marketing team.
