We are a team of engineers that creates solutions for car diagnostics and industrial automation, specializing in systems for measuring and analyzing the physical parameters of internal combustion engines. We perform a full range of work, from the idea and creation of a prototype to the launch of the product into serial production. Not a startup. We are looking for a manager-administrator in the team. What will be required to do: process orders through the website (OpenCart platform), e-mail, messengers, social networks, phone; prepare accompanying documents for shipments: postal declarations in Ukraine (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) and border (Ukrposhta), creation of Accounts, Expenditures, Invoices, fiscal checks; contact the buyer to confirm the order, clarify the delivery details, control the delivery of the goods to the client or return the goods; update information on the website and in the CRM (control of prices, promotions, description, etc.); control the availability of products in the warehouse, plan orders for production, orders for components (electronic components, rolled metal, primary raw materials and other materials and tools for production), organization of deliveries and invest; analyze the work of employees, prepare reports on the work performed. Requirements for candidates: work in an office, flexible schedule; high level of communication skills; English above average (searching for information in English, correspondence, talking on the phone with clients); competent oral and written English and Ukrainian languages; confident user of Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs; decency, attentiveness, a loyal attitude to routine work with documents, the ability to work in a team and take into account feedback from team members. Desirable: technical education; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; layout of pages using html code; experience with OpenCart or other CMS; experience with CRM, ERP. What we offer: salary from UAH 25,000. (with minimum compliance with the requirements), will depend on the initial experience and skills (will be determined by the results of the interview); we do not have any cold calls, you need to work only with incoming orders and the existing customer base; official employment, work schedule from 09.00 to 18.00, payment of overtime hours; work in a friendly and experienced team focused on creating a quality product, instructions and explanations about your functionality; comfortable and modern office, 10 minutes' walk from the station.
