Main duties:

• Support senior specialists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social networks and display advertising
• Select the most effective formats and platforms for communication with clients: search advertising, banner advertising, video advertising, etc.
• Set up, analyze the effectiveness, optimize and scale Google Ads advertising campaigns (Google Search, GDN, Google App Campaign, Video Campaign, Facebook Ads and others (including using a data feed)
• To control the fulfillment of the set goals by agencies. Analyze reports and conduct status meetings
• Improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns by selecting new audiences, creatives and placement platforms
• Run A/B tests to test hypotheses to optimize advertising campaigns
< li>Prepare reports and conduct status meetings with customers of advertising campaigns for the specified product portfolio of the bank
• Analyze and optimize the customer's journey on the website in order to improve conversion
• Look for new Internet tools for product promotion bank

Basic requirements:

• Incomplete higher or higher education in the specialization "Marketing", "Management", "Economy", "Finance, banking, insurance and stock market" » or relevant
• 2+ years of work experience in the field of marketing and advertising
• Experience in the organization of work with contracting agencies
• Experience in media planning
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing.
• Knowledge of working with Google Analytics 4 above average
• Confident user of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other advertising systems
• Creativity and initiative in solving marketing tasks.
• Effective communication and work with text information
• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level (A2 /B1)
