What you need to do:

• Develop and conduct campaigns in digital (settings, writing texts, working with a designer, etc.)

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales (selection of effective channels, testing new formats and promotion opportunities)

• Monitor key promotion and sales indicators, analyze results and optimize placement

• Segment and analyze the customer base

• Analyze competitors

• Interact with other departments to conduct joint campaigns

• Be proactive, creative, understand trends

What you need for this:

• Experience in digital marketing and direct marketing from 2 years

• Experience in launching marketing activities

• Experience working in a team and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Initiative and independence

• Speak Russian
