WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Construction and implementation of an end-to-end strategy in channels email, push, sms, telegram, etc. Adaptation of communications of the entire team to online channels, setting tasks for contractors, designers and developers. Automation of retention, conversion of customers and increase of the average check. Conducting regular mailings to customers: e-mail, SMS, Push, Telegram (generation, writing of texts, development of templates for newsletters from uSputnik, TurboSMS, etc.). Analysis of competitor newsletters (pros, cons, offers, website traffic, frequency of newsletters). Analytics, work on efficiency, improvement of KPI and LTV of clients. Participation in the development of promotions proposals, CRO. Participation in projects to increase the subscriber base. Performance tracking, optimization of expenses and control of budgets. Conducting analysis and forming reports based on the implemented communications/activities in accordance with the goals, evaluating their implementation and giving recommendations to improve efficiency.
