•     Participate in the implementation of strategic initiatives and marketing plans     together with the Sales Department.  

• Carry out work on attracting new customers (lead generation), find new channels and sources of attracting potential customers. We are ready to provide autonomy     in decision-making, regarding the choice of channels     and traffic sources and necessary advertising budgets     provided they are justified. 

• Improve the company's WEB sites and promote them independently or in cooperation with contractors. To analyze the results of work     on their promotion. 

• Administer current sites (CMS CS-Cart and WP): monitor their work, update and adapt existing content, participate in the development of new site content (texts, graphics, videos , documents, etc.).

•     Take     part in redesigning projects of current     sites, building new sites and pages     as necessary.    

qualities and experience: 3 years of experience in Internet marketing. Has experience development of marketing strategies and plans for its implementation.
  

• Experience     in complex lead generation     (preferably in the B2B,     B2C segment)     using various advertising tools     with an understanding of the results.

• High     level of literacy and proven     experience of working with content on complex or     technical topics.

    

•      Experience     working with CMS Wordpress, OpenCart or Bitrix, Framework.

      

• Experience     working with SEO/SMM-promotion of sites,     as a manager of this kind of projects. If     you have your own SEO/SMM experience and skills,     this will be a significant plus;

      

• Deep     knowledge in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook     Ads Manager;

      

• Experience of working with e-mail mailing services.

• Own digital analysis tools and methods.     Have a clear understanding of the main Internet indicators     and draw conclusions. Develop proposals for increasing the effectiveness of channels and sources, increasing conversions.

    

• Experience in working with the 1C accounting system, CRM systems, graphic and video     editors (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma) ,     digital telephony - will be a big     plus.
