Internet marketer / Marketer-analyst (book e-commerce)

Level: strong Middle > Lead (growth-track)
Format: hybrid (Kyiv office, Igor Sikorskyi St., 1 + remote)
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 UAH + KPI-bonuses
Company: online store from the TOP-5 largest book e-commerce in Ukraine. Part of a group of publishing and distribution companies, #1 in educational literature.

We love letters as much as we love numbers. We are looking for someone who will build a marketing machine: from the first click to the third repeat order (and a little more).

Your missions (and they are feasible)

  • Lead funnel: creating a processing and qualification process (lead scoring, autofunnels, SLA responses, integration of chats/forms).

  • CRM & Retention: systematization of customer base, RFM-segmentation, life cycles, loyalty programs, win-back.

  • E-mail & Viber-marketing: for customers who have already bought — welcome, post-purchase, cart/browse abandonment, back-in-stock, NPS; mailing calendar and regular A/B tests.

  • Promotions on the site: 2=3, bundles, cross-sell, seasonal selections, promo landings, timers, UTM-discipline, post-analysis.

  • Cooperation with buyers:
    top products > attracting new audiences;
    low turnover SKUs > smart sales taking into account margin and residuals.

  • SMM strategy: content plan, rubrics, UGC, integrations; Instagram/FB/Telegram coordination (where appropriate).

  • Bloggers/influencers: search, brief, test integrations, performance analytics (CPA/ROAS/ROMI), scaling.

  • Performance analytics: Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping/feed, remarketing), targeting in Instagram/Meta, GA4/Looker Studio-dashboards, hypotheses and test plans.

Under: designer + junior marketer-SMM (yes, this is a management role - but open to an experienced middle who is ready to grow into a leader).

What will help "take off"

  • 2-4+ years in e-commerce marketing (CRM/Retention/Performance). Books/education is a big plus.

  • Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS/ROMI, AOV, CR, e-mail/Viber revenue share, deliverability.

  • Experience A/B testing, working with feeds (GMC), basic SEO thinking for categories/landings.

  • Tools: GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, one of ESP (eSputnik/SendPulse/Klaviyo) + Viber provider.

  • Organization: briefs, content calendars, timelines, budget/forecast. Love of books - welcome

KPI (landmarks)

  • Repeat rate and LTV ^, revenue share from e-mail/Viber ^, OR/CTR/CR, deliverability, unsubscribe v.

  • sales.

What the first 90 days will look like

  • 30 days: channel audit and GA4, funnel map, plan for quick wins in mailings, test promotion for low-turnover SKU.

  • 60 days: auto-funnels, promotion calendar + UTM-purity, first blogger tests, basic dashboard in Looker Studio.

  • 90 days: full retention plan, regular A/B tests, optimized PMax/retarget, quarterly KPIs.
