We are looking for a talented Digital marketing manager for close cooperation. Long term only; full management of three projects. Preference is given to candidates from Lviv. The tasks of our Digital marketing manager: Planning, launching and optimizing Google ADS advertising campaigns (Search, KMS, Discovery, Video campaigns, Performance Max). Monitoring campaign results, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency. Together with the development team, SEO settings sites at the stage of development. Administration of sites and other web resources. Web analytics (including Google Analytics 4, analysis of competitors' advertising activity). Link building. Launch of targeted advertising on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Planning and control of the use of advertising budgets .Development of mind maps (flow charts).Work with audiences and bases + Retargeting.Participation in team strategic sessions.Monthly reporting (deep analytics on projects, every campaign, every announcement) + Conclusions and proposals.Professional qualities: Experience in the field of digital marketing from 2 years. Knowledge and experience of working with various marketing channels on the Internet. Experience in using analytical tools, auxiliary services and platforms. Experience in working with audiences and retargeting. Knowledge of the English language. Personal qualities: Responsibility (!) Strategic thinking. Ability to analyze data , describe hypotheses. Initiative (proposals to systematically increase the effectiveness of advertising). Willingness to develop (together with the team) an individual promotion system.
