Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for product promotion (metal tile, corrugated board) in the domestic market.
• Analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify the needs of target audiences and optimize marketing actions.
• Social media management, including content planning, blogging, working with feedback and communication with clients.
• Organization and conducting of presentations, webinars, master classes to increase product awareness.
• Collaboration with designers and copywriters to create advertising materials.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies according to the received data.
• Marketing budget management and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience work in a similar position, preferably in the field of construction materials or production.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical thinking and project management skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, social networks).
• Creativity, initiative and the ability to make quick decisions problems.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to work in a team and high responsibility.
