Main duties: Plan the email schedule - newsletters, write texts, compose and send letters. Segment the customer base. Launch and optimize trigger chains. Write texts and send web-push, viber, SMS messages. Maintain a Facebook page and a Telegram channel. Analyze the main metrics of the effectiveness of newsletters and social networks , fill out reports. Look for ways to improve the indicators. It is important for us to be a future colleague (requirements for the candidate): You are a cool copywriter - you write texts in simple language; you ask questions and conduct testing to find the needs and "pains" of the audience and reflect them in the text; you write texts that help achieve marketing goals. You have experience working with e-Sputnik, SendPulse, etc. mass e-mail systems. You have basic knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Canva, Crello. You have experience working with CRM systems (work with Creatio will be a plus). You have successful experience in managing social networks. You write fluently in Ukrainian. The main task of the position is to work with texts for professionals, lead generation and promotion of the company's products. Registration under the cooperation agreement and official wages (payment of sick leave, vacations, etc.). Work schedule from Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. :00), full time with a flexible system of visiting the office. The first few days to come to accept cases and get to know the manager, then at least three times a month (the office is located in the Podol district of Kyiv near the metro).
