Responsibilities: team management (SMM specialists, designers, copywriters, target specialists); development and implementation of the marketing strategy of the assigned department; setting up and launching advertising companies (online and offline); monitoring of the market capacity of the competitive environment; analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities (online and offline); organization and implementation of marketing events; management of digital marketing; systematization of marketing processes; budgeting and control over the implementation of the budget; control of site maintenance (filling/internal and external optimization) and social networks; work with subcontractors organizations. Requirements: experience of 2 years in a similar position; knowledge of market assessment methods (capacity, growth rates, segmentation, forecast); knowledge of HTML (will be a plus); experience of working with budgets and project resources; high responsibility and organization; communication and leadership qualities; knowledge of CRM , Photoshop; knowledge of HTML (will be a plus); the ability to work with a large amount of information.
