Responsibilities: Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products (metal tiles, professional flooring) in the domestic market. Analysis of the market and competitive environment for identification needs of target audiences and optimization of marketing actions. Management of social media, including content planning, blogging, work with feedback and communication with customers. Organization and conduct of presentations, webinars, workshops to increase awareness of the product. Collaboration with designers and copywriters to create advertising materials. Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies according to the received data. Marketing budget management and reporting to senior management. Requirements: Higher education in the field of marketing, management or related disciplines. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of construction materials or production. Excellent strategic planning, analytical thinking and project management skills. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, social networks). Creativity, initiative and the ability to quickly solve problems. Fluent in the Ukrainian language. Ability to work in a team and high responsibility.
