Maintaining pages in social networks and accounts of Group companies in messengers and conducting advertising campaigns; development of a new corporate site, other sites of Group companies and their search optimization; launch of a corporate merchandising online store; creating and promoting content for social networks - we will definitely have a busy and interesting time! The first year you will actively get to know our large-scale business in the office in Kyiv and in the regions. In the future, hybrid and remote forms of work are possible. Experience. Knowledge. Skills: 5+ years of SMM experience; Experience in agribusiness, corporate branding, and B2B products and services will be an advantage; Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics; Ability to manage the creation of all types of content for social networks; Understanding of the peculiarities of promotion in various social networks; Competent Ukrainian language (oral and written); Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above; Experience working with clients, internal business customers; Proficiency in project management; Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions based on data, attention to details; Experience with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Responsibilities: Develops strategies for promoting products and services of business lines of the Agroprosperis Group of Companies (except Agroprosperis Bank) on the Internet and social networks ; Manages the development and launch of the new site of the Agroprosperis Group of Companies and the corporate merchandising online store; Selects the most effective formats and platforms for communication with clients: search advertising, banner advertising, video advertising, etc.; Configures, analyzes the effectiveness, optimizes and scales advertising campaigns ( Facebook Ads and others); Increases the effectiveness of advertising campaigns by selecting new audiences, creatives and platforms; Creates an annual internet marketing budget from the specified products and services of business lines of the Agroprosperis Group of Companies; Finds and offers new online tools for promoting the Group's products of "Agroprosperis" companies; Monitors the fulfillment of set goals by contractors.
