We specialize in offline retail, have a network of 6 cosmetics stores in the middle+ segment. The main responsibilities: development and implementation of the strategy of brand positioning and product sales through digital marketing, setting up, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, SEO-optimization of the site, formation of a sales development strategy in social networks, work with messengers, e-mail distribution, setting up work in the CRM system, other tasks related to marketing for e-commerce. Requirements for the candidate :minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, knowledge of Google Analytics, experience with SEO tools, experience in managing budgets for advertising campaigns and the ability to optimize ROMI, knowledge of the basics of web design and UX to improve user interaction on the site , understanding of tools for building a strong brand online and offline, ability to build long-term working relationships based on honesty, fulfillment of agreements, involvement in the project, responsibility.
