We are building a product at the intersection of AI, wellness, mobile and creator-economy, and content is our main growth channel.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a creative strategist who:

• lives digital marketing,

• constantly watches TikTok / Reels / Shorts,

• understands why videos become viral,

• and is ready to create these videos himself - with or without AI.

This is not a position of "come up and give it to the designer".

This is the role of a hands-on creator + strategist.

Your role

You will be responsible for:

• the search for viral formats, hooks and trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts);

• analysis, why the content enters (structure, hook, delivery, rhythm);

• adaptation of viral formats under Nouri AI;

• creation of video creatives:

  
  

  • screen recordings of apps,

  • voice-over,

  • captions,

  • AI-video, AI-avatars, AI-voiceover (where appropriate),

  • or simple UGC-style without AI;

only ideas;

• understood performance logic (CTR, hook rate, retention — even at a basic level);

• was not afraid of experiments and "raw" creatives;

• was able to work with AI tools (CapCut, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, GPT, etc.) — or wanted to learn quickly;

• interested in health / supplements / self-optimization (not necessarily an expert).

What will be a plus

• Experience with mobile apps or subscription products

• Understanding TikTok Ads / Meta Ads creatives

• Experience in launching real pages or content with organic growth

• Ability to explain: "this is why video gained 5 million"
