Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with SEO, SMM, content marketing, PPC, Target FB Instagramm, Email marketing .
• Experience with analytical tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Collaborator).
• Understanding UX/UX design principles and experience with web development.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and experience of working with marketing automation.
• Experience of A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Experience of working with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads ).
• Knowledge of the basics of programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in developing sites, preferably applications.

Task:

1. Development and implementation of digital strategy:
   • Market and competitor analysis.
   • Budget planning for digital campaigns .
2. Content Management:
   • Creating and editing content for the website, social networks, email newsletters, etc.
   • Coordination of work with content managers, copywriters, designers.
3. SEO and SEM:
   • Optimization of websites for search engines.
   • Planning and implementation of paid search campaigns.
   • Analysis and adjustment of strategies based on data.
4. Email marketing:
   • Creating and sending email campaigns.
   • Database segmentation and content personalization.
   • Analysis of results and optimization of campaigns.
5. Analytics and reporting:
   • Monitoring of key performance indicators.
   • Use of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.).
6. Work with contractors:
   • Coordination of work with external agencies and freelancers.
