Requirements: • Experience ininternational licensing/regulatory compliance from 2years; • Experience inAlternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and/or regulatory complaints would beaplus; • Skills oflegal research; • High level ofEnglish language proficiency (C1-C2); • Strong analytical and organizational skills; • Ability tomeet deadlines and work under pressure. Responsibilities: • Processing ofletters, lawsuits, warnings, notices, complaints, etc. received from customers orfrom European regulatory authorities; • Preparation ofmaterials for sanctions procedures, judicial and extrajudicial proceedings ofdisputes with clients and regulatory bodies; • Organization ofinternal investigations based oncomplaints received from customers, verification offactual information; • Communication with legal consultants (worldwide) onissues ofreceiving advice ondisputes and assistance intheir consideration, organization ofsuch consideration; • Communication with European regulatory bodies and directly with clients; • Conducting regulatory research onthe provision ofservices toclients invarious jurisdictions, aswell aslaw enforcement practices insuch jurisdictions; • Maintenance ofelectronic databases and further work with reports for management; • Performing other legal tasks assigned bythe manager.
