Study UA is looking for an experienced International Recruiter to support our recruiting in all our locations. You will be responsible for the full circle recruitment for all our open roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions in the tech and non-tech industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Cycle : From receiving a job request from the hiring manager to successfully onboarding new team members.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment : Interacting with department heads, understanding global staffing needs, and ensuring timely and quality vacancy closures.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Coordination : Actively searching for candidates, coordinating the hiring process, negotiating offers, and conducting pre-onboarding.
  • International Interviews and Assessment : Organizing and personally conducting international interviews, and evaluating candidates according to company requirements.
  • Alignment with Company Values : Verifying candidates’ alignment with the company’s values.
  • Candidate Communication and International Labor Law Compliance : Informing and reaching agreements with candidates, in collaboration with the HR manager on international labor laws.
  • Monthly Reporting and Participation in HR and Project Team Meetings .

Requirements:

  • 2 years of recruiting for tech and non-tech roles (international experience is a huge plus);
  • English level — B2+
  • Experience with recruitment CRMs
