We are specialized in international structuring of businesses and separate transactions, international legal and tax advisory services, provision of full legal support for businesses, legal due diligence of projects.

Our clients are startups, investors, local and international group of companies.

Our KeyPractice Areas: IT, gambling, investments, crypto, fintech, e-commerce, real estate, etc. is looking for an international lawyer.

We are looking for a talented International Lawyer (middle or senior level) who can be a valuable addition to our team of professionals.

The candidate is expected to perform tasks per request and provide ongoing support for gambling and crypto clients within the dedicated lawyer model.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in legal support of IT, gambling or crypto business from 1 year;
• Knowledge in the sphere of gambling /crypto regulation of key gambling /crypto markets, gambling/crypto legal risk-management

• Knowledge in the sphere international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations;

• Experience in compliance of foreign companies
• Experience in working with non-resident companies;
• Experience in foreign business incorporation and support, opening of foreign bank accounts
• Fluent English;
• Good time-management skills, confident soft skills, teamwork skills;
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills;
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills;
• High level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and commitment to results.

Will be plus:

• Knowledge and experience in international tax structuring.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of international agreements, including privacy policies, terms of service and other relevant website documentation;
• Analysis and systematization of legislation of different jurisdictions;
• Obtaining of necessary licenses and compliance with local and foreign regulation
• Development of compliance and risk management programs for clients from foreign jurisdictions;
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions;
• Opening accounts in banks and EMIs;
• Conducting of DD procedure of foreign and local counterparties;
• Research and advice on various legal matters within the scope of the clients’ activities;
• Cooperation and communication with a wide network of international law firms;
• Negotiations with foreign and local clients, partners, etc;
• Structuring of business and companies’ deals;
• Protection of clients intellectual property rights;
• Participation in developing legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards;
• Support of the clients day-to-day activity.
