"Professional procurement" announces a competition for the position of Consultant on international cooperation.

" Professional procurement" is the first centralized procurement organization in Ukraine, which makes purchases for central executive bodies, and is also the administrator of the state marketplace Prozorro Market.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of international cooperation strategies;
• Work with donors/sponsors (international organizations, companies, embassies, governments, foundations) to obtain financial assistance for the development of the institution;
• Search and systematization of existing programs to support the development of state bodies in Ukraine;
• Communication and business correspondence with potential donors/sponsors;
• Keeping a database of contacts of donors/sponsors;
• Processing of incoming offers and maintenance of the relevant database;
• Preparation of presentation materials on attracting international aid;
• Translation of information and presentation materials from Ukrainian to English and vice versa (if necessary);
• Participation in working meetings and meetings on attracting international aid, preparation of meeting minutes;
• Participation in the organization of meetings (online and offline);
• Preparation of reports on services received.
• Other tangential tasks regarding interaction with foreign stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education in the field of international relations / economics / law or another related field;
• Has at least 3 years of work experience in the field of international interaction or consulting;
• Fluent in English (not lower than C1);
• Excellent communicator and negotiator;
• Able to work at a fast pace and adapt to changes;
• Attention to detail.
