International product IT company Evoplay is looking for a talented and hardworking colleague to join its team of our team for the position of International Corporate Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
• Registration of companies, their administration, M&A and other corporate issues;
• Completion of relevant documentation provided by providers;
• Research and analysis of various international corporate and tax issues, preparation of written consultations;
• Tax structuring;
• Preparation of legal documents and active participation in the preparation of legal memoranda in the company's field of activity;
• Conducting Due Diligence;
• Performance of other legal tasks provided by the manager.
Requirements:
• Master of Law from a leading Ukrainian university;
• Relevant work experience in the field of international corporate/tax law at least 2 years;
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and Ukrainian;
• Adaptability to work in dynamic conditions;
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical and legal skills.
