We are actively expanding our capabilities and are looking for a talented International Affiliate Manager to join our team. Expectations from the candidate:

• experience in the position of Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager from the 1st year;
• experience in Affiliate Marketing from 2 years;
• experience in finding and working with partners in international markets;
• command of English at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• own established base of loyal partners;
• ability to analyze traffic;
• the ability to successfully operate large partner program budgets and monitor their profitability;
• high level of communication skills;
• the ability to approach solving tasks in a versatile and complex manner.

Responsibilities:

• support and communication with local and international partners: chats, forums, communities, conferences;
• active search and attraction of partner networks and direct affiliates;
• analysis of competitors and the ability to apply this analysis in practice to optimize traffic\affiliate program\product;
• implementation of own and corporate business plan;
• analysis of the traffic of its partners for quality and monitoring of KPI targets;
• technical support of the partner, the ability to configure all the necessary segments that the partners may need.
