We are currently looking for International Accounting & Taxes Manager. If you are a professional with a high level of competence in financial and tax accounting for companies with different jurisdictions around the world, we invite you to become part of our finance department. You will be one of the key team members strengthening the finance department and contributing to the development of our International Accounting & Taxes function.

  • Preparation of financial statements of foreign structures on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually);
  • Preparation of reports for submission to tax authorities and other authorities in certain jurisdictions;
  • Coordination of the workflow of external providers of accounting services in different jurisdictions;
  • Supporting the Group's external audit, collecting and providing auditors with all necessary information in accordance with audit requests and procedures, protecting audit results and reaching positive conclusions;
  • Development of an accounting policy in accordance with accounting legislation based on the specifics of business conditions;
  • Tracking and analyzing changes in tax legislation in the territories where the Group is represented, searching for better ways of keeping accounting and tax records;
  • Creating an accounting policy in accordance with a complex analysis of taxation and compliance in new territories where the company is considering operating;
  • Monitoring of tax legislation on CIC and control over Group operations;
  • Automation of reporting preparation processes;
  • Management of a team of accountants.

    • What do we expect from you?

    • Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or other related fields;
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar practical position with in-depth knowledge of accounting, preferably in the IT industry (experience in Big6 would be an advantage);
    • Competence in accounting practices and procedures, including IFRS/ US GAAP and other regulatory reporting standards;
    • Deep knowledge of international taxes (VAT, CIT, WHT, GST, etc);
    • Knowledge and experience of working with accounting software/ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.);
    • High level of mastery of MS Excel, Google Sheets;
    • Knowledge of financial reporting/auditing (international qualifications such as CAP/CIPA, ACCA, DipIFR (completed or in process of obtaining) would be an advantage).
    • English - Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate levelen (sufficient for oral and written communication).

    What are the stages of selection?

    • 1st stage: communication with a recruiter.
    • 2nd stage: interview.
    • 3rd stage: test task.
    • 4th stage: final interview.
    • 4th stage: collection of recommendations.
    • 5th stage: job offer!

    The trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.
