Our Accounting team is looking for an Accountant who is professional in the field of international accounting.

As the Accountant, you will significantly impact the Company’s success by taking charge of maintenance and improving the accounting system according to IFRS/GAAP from scratch in a specific legal and financial business model. Furthermore, you will take care of the financial health of our Company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Provide accounting services following IFRS
• Prepare and submit financial and tax reporting, preparation of forecasts on taxes and fees
• Prepare new and maintain current documentation for all operations of the company
• Assistance in budgeting and planning
• Conversion of Ukrainian reporting in IFRS/GAAP
• Group consolidation of financial statements
• Maintenance and monitoring of compliance with accounting policies according to accepted accounting standards
• Participate in the process of closing the accounting period, reporting on accounting standards and management standards
• Ensure close interaction with the legal and tax teams/partners/authorities to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements and ensure an effective and efficient external audit process
• Prepare for the process of automation of financial processes
• Setting up tax and accounting reporting, including regularly reviewing and maintaining the existing system of tax and accounting reports
• Establish and support the tax compliance process
• Prepare in the process of information exchange between the group and banks and other credit organizations, and investment funds
• Participate in the regular external audit plan

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience in IFRS management/audit/account in non-resident structures with in-depth knowledge of activities in foreign jurisdictions
• Experience in foreign companies and/or companies with a non-resident structure
• Self-driven in statements compilation, communication with tax authorities and auditors
• Upper-intermediate level of English (good enough to communicate with external auditors)

As a Plus:

• Experience of work with USA, UK, Irish business
• Experience of work in Big10 companies
• Certificates of ACCA (can be in progress), DipIFR or CIPA/CAP
