International Accountant

The International Accountant at Vaimo provides efficient and proactive accounting support to the Vaimo Group. The International Accountant will be involved in foreign accounting tasks with great opportunities to grow work-wise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full range of accounting work (in the sphere of services)
• Supplier invoices
• Invoicing to clients
• Payments local and abroad
• Expenses
• Know the Payroll Process
• Assets, (purchase, depreciation, disposals, write-off)
• Monthly closing — reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
• Yearly closing including annual reporting
• Giving breakdowns at Group Finance’s and auditors’ request
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting
• Experience in the accounting/finance department is a must
• Experience with IFRS — an advantage
• Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written
• Able to work independently and reliably, take initiative, troubleshoot, and be solution-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Sense of teamwork, community, humour, and integrity

Team, You Would Be Working With:

Overall, the Finance team is almost 30 people, working in different countries in Ukraine, Sweden, Poland, Belgium and South Africa
