Internal Mobility Manager in Everstar

Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company that creates solutions for the defense sector. The company is constantly growing, developing, forming management structures and a professional HR function.

Now we are looking for an Internal Mobility Manager, who will be responsible for the construction and development of internal mobility processes, coordination of transitions and rotations between teams, as well as effective planning and balancing of resources. will adjust and support HR policies and internal processes, develop personnel services and culture of interaction.

Main tasks:

• Preparation, implementation and support of the internal translation project
• Development of internal mobility policies for open vacancies
• Coordination of employee rotation processes between departments/projects">Interaction with managers regarding transitions
• Assessment of internal candidates for new roles
• Planning of resources and balancing of team needs
• Monitoring of internal mobility metrics and analysis

Experience required:

4+ years of experience in HRBP;
• Experience in building HR processes in 1000+ companies persons;
• Experience of interacting with top management and influencing business decisions;
• Knowledge of HR and C&B
• Understanding grading, performance management, OKR;
• Experience in HR automation or building HR Ops/HR Service will be a big plus;
• Sociable professional who is comfortable working with the top and knows how to influence through expertise.

What we offer:

• Experience in developing and implementing internal mobility processes or similar HR initiatives
• Understanding the structure of the talent market and the specifics of different types of roles (technical, non-technical and production)
• Experience in evaluating candidates and participating in the interview process
• Developed analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with complex processes or projects
• High level of organization, attention to detail and responsibility for accuracy and completeness of information
• Experience in job planning and budgeting will be an advantage
