Itaims toprotect them against everything, starting from ransomware tosimple accidents. Most ofour back-end components are written inclean, modernC++ using mainly purpose-built components and STL. Several components that deal with business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs onLinux. Backing upbillions ofobjects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks onsystems with finite memory and making itall happen inaslittle time aspossible isnosmall feat. Weexpect adedicated Internal ITspecialist tojoin our Lviv office team with the required daily presence. The position adheres toregular working hours from 9:00 to18:00. Central tasks asan Internal IT Specialist with Keepit will include: On/Offboarding employees— іnstall, configure and update systems, software, and hardware Providing technical support for business applications andIT systems for internal employees Order equipment/services— communicate and coordinate with external service providers Lead and perform aninventory oftechnical equipment Develop and document processes and procedures for system maintenance Research and recommend new technologies Required skills: One year + experience introubleshooting technical issues Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis Proficient inLinux, Windows, and Mac OS Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Capable ofworking independently, adapting swiftly tochanging priorities, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues Bonus skills: Good technical knowledge ofnetwork and server operating systems Afair and transparent recruitment process.
