Itaims toprotect them against everything, starting from ransomware tosimple accidents. Most ofour back-end components are written inclean, modernC++ using mainly purpose-built components and STL. Several components that deal with business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs onLinux. Backing upbillions ofobjects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks onsystems with finite memory and making itall happen inaslittle time aspossible isnosmall feat. Weexpect adedicated Internal ITspecialist tojoin our Lviv office team with the required daily presence. The position adheres toregular working hours from 9:00 to18:00. Central tasks asanInternal ITSpecialist with Keepit will include: On/Offboarding employees— іnstall, configure and update systems, software, and hardwareProviding technical support for business applications andIT systems for internal employeesOrder equipment/services— communicate and coordinate with external service providersLead and perform aninventory oftechnical equipmentDevelop and document processes and procedures for system maintenanceResearch and recommend new technologies Required skills: One year + experience introubleshooting technical issuesExperience with system installation, configuration, and analysisProficient inLinux, Windows, and Mac OSExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsCapable ofworking independently, adapting swiftly tochanging priorities, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues Bonus skills: Good technical knowledge ofnetwork and server operating systems Afair and transparent recruitment process.
