Intern Customer Support Manager (with knowledge of the Polish language) remotely Ringostat is looking for a Customer Support Manager with knowledge of the Polish language, who will help our customers in using the service :)😎 Hard skills: ◾️ Knowledge of the Polish language at the level of B2+/C1. ◾️ Competent written Taus language (Polish and Ukrainian). ◾️ The skill of working with a PC on par with an advanced user. ◾️ Persistence. ◾️ Ability to study/self-study. ◾️ Desire to help people. 🔥 If you know more, great, it means it will be easier for you. If not, we will teach you and "conduct an engagement". ➕Will be a plus: ◾️ English at B2 level. ◾️ Imagination, however, such as SEO, PPC, web analytics, IP telephony, CRM. 👀 The team is waiting for you to: ◾️ Handle customer requests by telephone (95% of requests are received). ◾️ Help our users set up projects. ◾️ Work with the knowledge base (updating and writing instructions). ◾️ To work with the CRM system for communication with other departments of our team ◾️ To record for the development team the wishes of customers and the problems faced by customers. 🙌🏻 We offer: ◾️ Payment - rate + monthly bonus.
