We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­ Internal Content Writer & Editor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­100% Remote – PST or MT States. Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:Pay: $40.00/hr. Duration: 9 MonthsWe are seeking an innovative and skilled Internal Content Creator & Editor to join our Global Employee Communications Editorial Team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting engaging content that informs and inspires our employees, while celebrating our culture and business priorities.Responsibilities:Lead the development of engaging content, including written pieces, animated graphics, and videos, from concept to publication.Manage content publication on our employee site using WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and enhancing user experience.Audit existing content for improvement, optimizing layout, search, and site configuration.Maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring content aligns with internal and external priorities.Conduct research to inform content creation, including interviews with subject matter experts and executives.Analyze blog data to evaluate performance and inform strategy, identifying opportunities for growth.Stay updated on industry trends and content types.Requirements:4+ years of marketing and content creation experience, preferably in the technology industry.Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with Google Analytics.Experience creating short-form videos and visual media, with knowledge of video editing software a plus.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adopt brand tone and voice.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently.Familiarity with digital content writing best practices and conducting interviews.Understanding of company culture and its importance.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.If you're a creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and a passion for employee communication, we'd love to hear from you!
