Internal communications specialist/Kyiv in IT SmartFlex

IT SmartFlex is a Ukrainian product company founded in 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software.

We are looking for Internal communications specialist who knows how to organize online events, write cool texts, prepare high-quality presentations, but is also not afraid of operational work in organizing and coordinating accompanying documents .

Your tasks will be:< /p>

• Find info drives, create content, write driving texts for the corporate portal and social networks
• Organize events in various formats: online/offline, business simulations, conferences, holidays (creating a brief for the organization of the event, conducting the supplier selection procedure, concluding contracts with contractors, conducting the event, paying and submitting documents to the accounting department)
• Take an active part in forming an annual plan of internal corporate events to form the HR brand
• Develop and order branded products
• Maintain external communication channels in social networks

We expect you to:

• You understand info drives, you can find, create and describe them
• You have experience in creating content for social networks and local portals
• You have experience in organizing corporate events of different formats and types
• You have organizational skills, know how to establish and maintain contact
• You have an active lifestyle, take initiative and are not afraid of responsibility
• You are confident in using PowerPoint, Excel
