Internal communications specialist / Kyiv in IT SmartFlex

ITSmartFlex is a Ukrainian product company founded in 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software. Our goal is to develop and deepen our own IT expertise. We create the latest design solutions for the telecom industry and develop high-quality products for millions of mobile users. We are looking for an internal communications specialist who knows how to organize online events, write cool texts, prepare high-quality presentations, but is also not afraid of operational work in organizing and coordinating accompanying documents Your tasks will be: Finding info drives, creating content, writing drive texts for the corporate portal and social networks Organizing events in various formats: online/offline, business simulations, conferences, holidays (creating a brief for organizing the event, conducting the supplier selection procedure, concluding contracts with contractors, holding the event, payment and submission of documents to the accounting department) Take an active part in the formation of the annual plan of internal corporate events for the formation of the HR brand Develop and order branded products Lead external communication channels in social networks We expect that: You understand information drives, you can find them, create and write them You have experience in creating content for social networks and local portals You have experience in organizing corporate events of various formats You have organizational skills, know how to establish and maintain contact of the first month of work Corporate mobile communication If you tick team work, you want to work with advanced technologies, you are determined to grow professionally together with the company - we are waiting for you!
