We invite you to our team Internal Communications Specialist.

Main tasks:

• Participation in planning, organization and control of internal events for employees;
• Participation in planning, development and ordering of branded corporate products for employees;
• Participation in the development and implementation of the plan of general training lectures for employees;
• Participation in the implementation of the internal communications plan - preparation of newsletters, news, publication on internal resources.

It is important for us:

• Experience in organizing events (preferably internal for employees);
• Experience in ordering branded products (cooperation with contractors and the procurement department, preparation of technical specifications);
• Understanding the basics and experience in writing texts (tone of voice, key messages , target audience, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or willingness to learn
