ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.
Our clients: People ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and many others.

• Build an internal communication plan for the international team.
• Be responsible for the communication platform (Microsoft Teams).
• Organize internal corporate events to increase the level of team engagement.
• Create and implement a content plan for the company’s social media (Instagram).
• Inform employees about news and events in the company.
• Prepare materials for all activities (banners, survey forms).
• Contribute to the improvement of processes that determine employee experience.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has relevant work experience — from 2-3 years.
• Has Upper-Intermediate English level. We have colleagues who speak only English, so this is a must-have.
• Work experience with content in different formats: social media, emails, etc.
• Able to work with editors to process photo/video content, knows internal communication tools.
• Creative, attentive to details, and able to present information professionally.
• Work experience with an international team will be an advantage.
